I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The "MHP Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on 08/01/2025 and ends on 02/01/2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on 02/01/2026. The Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

III. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Hawaii (HI), Arkansas (AR), New York (NY), Rhode Island (RI), and where prohibited by law. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Mobile Homes Period and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter. Delivery is not available for residents of Hawaii or Alaska. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

IV. HOW TO ENTER
You may enter during the Promotion Period by one of the following methods:

Purchase Entry: Receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made on this website during the Promotion Period. Shipping & handling, taxes, and ineligible purchases do not count toward entries.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without a purchase, mail a postcard including your full name, email address, and phone number to:

Postcard entries must be postmarked by 02/01/2026 and received by 02/15/2026. Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person per day. Each valid mail entry equals one (1) entry.

General Entry Conditions: Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries are void. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

V. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize: A Delivered and Installed Mobile Home (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $99,950.00).
– No cash or other substitutions, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
– Prize is non-transferable.
– Winner is responsible for all taxes, title/registration, insurance, site preparation, permits, delivery coordination, utility hookups, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.
– Delivery is not available for residents of HI or AK.

VI. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about 02/01/2026. The drawing will be conducted using ViralSweep's Random Name Picker, a third-party sweepstakes tool that ensures fair and impartial selection and generates verifiable random draw results. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 20 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period or complete the required eligibility verification may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

VII. VERIFICATION & DOCUMENTS
Potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 (or other applicable tax documents) within the period specified by the Sponsor. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

VIII. PUBLICITY
Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

IX. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes impair its integrity or proper functioning, and to award the prize via a fair and equitable method from eligible entries received up to the time of any action taken.

X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation or the acceptance or use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; technical or network failures; or any other error beyond its reasonable control.

XI. INDEPENDENT PARTIES
This promotion is solely sponsored by Mobile Homes Period, 11240 Florida Blvd, Walker, LA 70785. Any third-party vendors, contractors, or web service providers assisting with website hosting, design, or online functionality are acting solely as independent service providers and are not responsible for the administration, conduct, or fulfillment of the giveaway. Participants agree to hold harmless and release all third-party contractors and website providers from any liability, claims, or damages related to this promotion.

XII. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive the right to class actions and punitive or consequential damages.

XIII. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration and as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy (link available on this website).

XIV. WINNER LIST / RULES REQUESTS
To request a copy of these Official Rules or the winner's name (first name, last initial, city, and state), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor's address above, postmarked by 03/01/2026 and received by 03/15/2026. Specify whether you are requesting "Rules" or "Winner List."

XV. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
